Renee Franklin is an experienced human resources leader, trusted advisor, and strategic consultant; she’s worked with both mid-size and Fortune 500 companies for over a decade. She’s passionate about helping leaders develop high performing, inclusive teams that foster innovation and engagement in the workplace. She’s worn nearly every hat in HR from Generalist to Recruiter through Consultant and Vice President and has a particular passion for small to mid-size, entrepreneurial businesses.
Renee’s known for her honest and direct feedback that helps leaders identify the root cause of their people problems so they can create solutions quickly. She’s a firm believer that if you take care of your employees, they’ll take care of your business.
Fun fact: Originally from Massachusetts, Renee has lived in seven states. She currently resides in Prior Lake with her husband Bryan and two children.
